Quick transfer, no fuss

Booked a door-to-door transfer from my home to London Heathrow. Driver arrived on time. Car was clean. Got to the airport fast. No issues at all. Good service.

Good deal for a shared ride

I needed a ride from my hotel to the airport in Orlando and was looking to save some money. I booked a shared shuttle service. I saw a small discount on my first booking, which helped make it even more affordable. The price per person was much better than a private car, and I didn't mind sharing. The pick-up was scheduled for an hour before I originally thought, but it worked out fine. It felt worth the money given how much I saved compared to other options I checked.

Smooth private transfer experience

I booked a private airport transfer from LAX to my hotel in downtown Los Angeles. The ordering process on the website was straightforward; I just entered my flight details and destination, then chose from the available options. I went with a standard sedan. The confirmation email arrived quickly with driver contact info. On arrival, I easily found my driver near the baggage claim, holding a sign with my name, just as described in the 'How do I find my driver' FAQ. The car was clean and comfortable. The driver was professional and got me to the hotel without any issues, even with some traffic. The price felt reasonable for the convenience, especially after a long flight. Support wasn't needed, but the pre-trip communication was clear.

Decent service, minor wait

I booked a private SUV transfer from Miami International to a cruise port. The booking process was simple, and I got a good selection of vehicles. The driver was polite, and the SUV was clean and spacious, which was great for our luggage. My only small gripe was that the driver arrived about 10 minutes late, which made me a bit nervous, but he drove efficiently once he got there. Overall, the experience was positive, and it was a good value compared to some other services I looked at.

Consistent service, reliable

This was my third time using Jayride, this time for a shuttle from a train station to my hotel in Rome. I've always found their service to be quite consistent. The booking was easy, just like before, and the driver was there when the train arrived. It's reassuring to know what to expect. They've been reliable for me across different cities, which is why I keep coming back.

Got to the airport fine

Used Jayride for an airport shuttle from my house to ORD. It was pretty easy to book online. The driver showed up right on time, which was good because I always stress about missing my flight. The ride was okay, nothing fancy, but it got me there. It was cheaper than a regular taxi so that was a plus. Would probably use them again for sure.
